Log and deadlifts both weeks, and I was able to get a couple of 120kg deadlifts last week. We were using 25kg plates so agreed I'd try again this week using 20kg plates for it to truly count!
I got it up, and the 122.5kg attempt afterwards. It was just me and the couple of guys training today, but they saw that and said I had to try again with more weight. The first 125kg attempt barely got off the ground, though the second attempt got to my knees. With a bit of discussion around sticking points and some encouragement, the third attempt went up. Hurrah!
Though now I'm off to research SUI...

I hear from other competitors, especially other mums, that I'm not the only one who suffers. I need to find out more about whether this is just something to put up with, or if I can do something to help. I can't imagine my GP would be interested as it's not a problem day-to-day. I'd probably just be told to stop lifting!
