Well. I didn't do very well at keeping this updated!
BUT I can report, I kept active.
I did a 10k on May at 22 weeks(worst time ever, obviously) and that was my last run. However, I did walk a 5.6k race with colleagues in July. It took me just under an hour, which is all I was aiming for!
I'm still seeing my PT, though what I'm 'allowed' and capable of doing is dwindling. I'm 34 weeks today, and think this week could be our last session. I have two more weeks at work, so we'll definitely be done by then (my gym is close to work, not home). I should probably start swimming now, instead.
I can report no issues with this pregnancy - no back pain, no struggle sleeping (apart from due to the heat) - despite a 2st or so weight gain. I'm obviously crediting my active pregnancy with this!
