Tuesday was yoke and farmers walk. I can shift the comp weights, so just need to get faster!
Today was all about the log. Overhead is my weakest area. It was before my whiplash injury, and that reset me back to pretty much zero! Improving my technique will make it better, but I need more strength too. There's a 50kg log at the end of the overhead medley, and it's going to require work.
I'm bruised this week, but feeling good!
Have a rubbish log video. Every time I pushed forward on my first dip, Paul would try to capture it on my next attempt, and I would do it differently! There's not much of a second dip in the video; I'm really lacking in the co-ordination of the double dip so will be practising (though hopefully not in queues like The Full Monty!).
My daughter told me that my trousers are silly. I agree, and they're a bit slippy for the log. Maybe good for deadlifts though!
