Deadlifts - can lift 100kg now, though never for reps so we shall find out on the day!
Overhead medley - KB, keg, axle and DB should be ok, though I've never tried a fat dumbbell. I can now clean the 50kg log, but have never attempted the OH press!
Yoke/farmers - should be ok.
Sandbag/sled pull/duck walk - I can do this, but not sure if I can complete in 90 secs, especially if I struggle picking up the heavier sandbags.
Atlas stones - same - might run out of time!
I've been weighed at home, the gym and before a DEXA scan (more on that another day), and am under the 75kg need to be. I had a sports massage on Thursday and nothing more planned except some foam rollering and bag packing.
