My PT decided to see what events we could replicate in the gym today.
Barbell deadlifts replaced axle deadlifts. I've ordered some Fat Gripz for that, plus to make a clean and press into something more difficult ready for log presses.
I did farmers walks with the trap bar, and we used a battle rope attached to a sled for the rope pull.
There's only a 60kg tyre, which I've flipped before. We used the landmine instead, in a push then press sequence.
There was no way to recreate the yoke, so I ran with a loaded barbell on my back. I nearly took out a punchbag!
